1Acceptance & Service
By installing or using DI TeleNotify, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the connected Shopify store. The App sends Shopify order, payment, product, inventory, and related notifications to configured Telegram chats. Available features may depend on your selected plan.
2Account & Authorization
You must be at least 18 years old and maintain a valid Shopify merchant account. By installing the App, you authorize it to access approved Shopify data, use OAuth, and create necessary webhooks for providing its services.
3Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your Shopify and Telegram credentials secure, entering correct bot tokens and chat details, reviewing notification settings, and ensuring that all product, pricing, inventory, and message configurations are accurate and lawful.
4Data & Privacy
You must have the required permission to send order, customer, payment, or product information to Telegram. You are responsible for informing customers through your privacy policy and complying with applicable data-protection laws. App data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
5Plans, Billing & Cancellation
DI TeleNotify may offer free, paid, or trial plans. Paid charges are processed through Shopify Billing. You may upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or uninstall the App at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but previous charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved under Shopify billing rules.
6Acceptable Use
You may use the App only for lawful e-commerce activities. Spam, abuse, unauthorized data access, security attacks, reverse engineering, bypassing plan limits, infringement of third-party rights, and any activity that disrupts Shopify, Telegram, or our systems are prohibited.
7Third-Party Services
The App depends on Shopify, Telegram, internet providers, and other third-party services. Notifications may be delayed or fail because of outages, API changes, rate limits, incorrect settings, or network issues. We do not control these services and are not responsible for losses caused by their interruption or failure.
8Ownership & Termination
All App software, designs, logos, content, and related materials remain our property. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms. Uninstalling the App ends access and may result in deletion of stored configurations and logs.
9Disclaimer & Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, sales, data, or business opportunities. You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
